Pursuant art. 13 of the Legislative Decree n. 196 of 30-06-2003 which rules on "Protection of Individuals as regards Personal Information processing", we would like to inform you that the personal information you provide us may be subject to processing in abidance to the aforementioned regulations and consistently with the confidentiality which inspires our Company's work. Such processing of personal information will consist of its collection, recording, organization, storage, processing, modification, selection, extraction, utilization, blocking, communication, cancellation or combination of two or more of such activities.

Moreover, for registered users or users submitting the registration form after reading and approving this Privacy Policy, the personal data supplied by the user may be associated with navigation data (IP address, date and time, activity on our site) with the objective of:
a) Preventing fraud and implement other measures to ensure the secuity on CTB Srl’s and the user’s side
b) Document the activity on the site for contractual purposes
c) Improve our ability and speed in solving any technical problems that maya rise in using our services

The processing will be aimed at:
a) keeping a directory of buyers and potential buyers of the products and services provided by our company;
b) the delivery (physical and / or electronic) of the aforementioned products and services;
c) the preparation and submission of invoices;
d) the relay commercial communications on the activities of our company;
e) any other fulfillment arranged by applicable law.

The data processing may also be made through automated tools able to store, manage and transmit tha data which are kept in controlled access locations.

The data processing may be carried out on behalf of our company, with the said detailed rules and with equivalent security and confidentiality criteria, by companies, organizations or consortia that provide specific processing services, as well as associations, organizations (public or private) or consortia whose activities are connected with, or instrumental or of support to that of our company.

In no case will the data be transferred to third parties and in no case will the data be used for communications (commercial or otherwise) not related to the activities of our company.

We would also like to inform you that Article. 7 of the Decree grants the exercise of specific rights. In particular, interested parties:
a) can obtain confirmation of the existence of their personal data and obtain that such data be made available in an intelligible form;
b) may ask to know the origin of the data and the logic and purpose on which the processing is based;
c) may request to obtain the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or the blockage of data in violation of the law as well as the updating, correction or, if needed, the integration of data;
d) may oppose, for legitimate reasons, the processing itself.
