Results from a research fielded by CTB on the most basic and instictive of soial beahaviours - the greeting.

Over the past month we have been working with several companies (clients and prospects) to provide them with anaytical and project support to re-start after the lockdown, maily in the retail and services industries.

To deepen our understanding of subjective factors (changes in individuals' behaviour) we focused on the most basic and instictive of soial beahaviours - the greeting - and we devised a small scale research aimed at understanding if and to what extent this basic behaviour had changed, over three fundamental dimensions: gender, age and geography.
